These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between 3utools and its users. They apply whenever you access our services via the 3utools website, mobile app, or any other channel.

3utools is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. Our services are operated legally and in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they comply with the laws of their own country.

These Terms & Conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall prevail. 3utools reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

To open an account with 3utools, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or device are not permitted.
• Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, 3utools may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or other identity documents at any time. Failure to provide this information may result in account restrictions or suspension.

To update any information on your account, please contact our support team. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties.

3utools currently accepts the following payment methods:

• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT). The maximum deposit limit depends on your account verification level. Deposits are usually credited within 5–15 minutes.

3utools reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions. If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals will be restricted until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 15–30 minutes, though verification may extend this time.
• Daily withdrawal limits are determined based on your account tier.

To withdraw bonus funds, the required wagering conditions must be met. Until wagering is complete, only the original deposit amount may be withdrawn.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on 3utools:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Live betting odds can change at any time — always check the odds before confirming your bet.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, stakes are generally refunded, though sport-specific rules may apply.
• 3utools reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Placing contradictory bets (arbitrage) on the same event within a match is strictly prohibited.

General terms applicable to all 3utools bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements, which are generally 15–30 times the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus is available to each user once only.
• Bonus offers must be used within the specified time frame; any unused bonus will expire and be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• 3utools reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3utools platform:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to compromise or disrupt the platform's security systems.
• Theft of another user's account credentials or unauthorized access to their account.
• Attempting to manipulate the promotions or bonus system.

3utools may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• If the user submits a self-exclusion request.

3utools is not liable for the following:

• Financial losses incurred by the user through betting or gaming.
• Transaction failures caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Security breaches caused by third parties.

3utools always strives to maintain platform security and stability. However, in the event of losses caused by technical issues, limited compensation may be available and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
